Made In Cookware

US orders: Orders for in stock items will process and ship within five business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and your item should be delivered within 2-5 business days. Delivery times may be longer for customers outside the continental US.

International orders: Orders for in stock items will process and ship within five business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please note that your tracking may not update until your order arrives at our International shipping partner's distribution center. Once your order has shipped, your order should be delivered within 9-20 business days.

When will I receive my order?

Joining our email list will grant you a discount code that can be used on your first order as well as early access to new product launches and limited releases. Our subscribers are also the first to know about our sales and promotions!

Please note that discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, do not apply to limited release items or accessories. Discounts also do not apply to items like prebuilt sets or kits as they are already discounted.

Where can I get a discount?

US returns: All items purchased directly from MadeInCookware.com, excluding consumables, customized items, final sale items, and limited-edition releases, come with a 45-day return window. We provide prepaid return labels for all orders within the contiguous US. Click here to start a return or exchange. We offer free exchanges or store credit. Made In will retain $11.99 on all refunds to cover the handling fee associated with the return.

International returns: Orders outside of the continental United States purchased from MadeInCookware.com can also be returned within 45-days of delivery. Customers will be charged the cost of shipping and handling to return their items. Click here to start an international return or exchange.  For International orders placed, please note cross border returns include a shipping and handling fee that varies depending the cost of return shipping.

Holiday Returns: During the holiday season, we offer an extended return window to allow for returns on gifted items. Any purchase placed after November 1 are eligible for a 45 day return policy or a return processed by January 15 (whichever is longer).
