All items purchased directly from MadeInCookware.com, excluding consumables, customized items, final sale items, and limited-edition releases, come with a 45-day return window. 

Returns can be initiated here. 

All returns are subjected to a shipping fee, typically between $25-$80. When your return request is complete a prepaid DHL Express label and pickup will be provided. Refunds presented during the return process are estimates and do not include the shipping fee. Upon delivery to our return center, please allow 2-7 business days for your refund to be issued.
